No, filling out the online form does not automatically confirm your slot. Once you submit your booking request, our team will review schedule availability and send you an official confirmation message. Your appointment is only officially secured once you receive this confirmation message.

While appointments aren't strictly necessary for standard daily services, scheduling in advance is highly recommended to avoid waiting.Urgent or Same-Day Bookings: If you need a slot today, please call our F-7 or I-8 Markaz branches directly or use our online website portal during our operational hours to check immediate openings. Groom Packages & Intensive Treatments: For our premium groom packages or intensive hair treatments (such as Botox, Keratin, or Hair Perming), you must book at least 3 days in advance. This gives our team ample time to reserve your dedicated styling slot and prepare for your treatments. 10-Minute Grace Period: To keep our stylists on schedule for all clients, we offer a grace period of 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately be canceled, and we will do our best to accommodate you as a walk-in.
