Our booking and refund policy
APPOINTMENTS:

If you happen to be running 10-15 minutes behind, please give us a call to ensure your appointment can still be accommodated within the new time frame. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please understand you may have to forfeit your appointment and reschedule.

Don't book our stylists if you don't intend to visit. Your time is precious but so is ours.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before your appointment time otherwise your advance will not be returned.

You cannot secure an appointment for services over 10k without advance payment.

We recommend groom to make their reservation a week ahead of time. We usually don't take groom appointments on short notice. However, grooms can walk in without an appointment but they will be served on a first come first serve basis.

Please understand that we cannot cancel or reschedule other clients' bookings to fit your request. We value all our customers equally and we strive to provide fair and quality service to everyone.

Please note that simply letting us know your preferred time slot does not guarantee your appointment. You will need to wait for confirmation to secure your booking. Depending on the service you choose, you may also need to pay in advance to reserve your spot.

We kindly ask you to respect our working hours and refrain from texting us after hours. If you wish to book an appointment for the same day, please contact us before midnight.
REFUNDS:

Razors & Scissors does not offer refunds on services rendered.

If you are unhappy with your service. You can talk to our manager for a refund. If your issue is genuine you will get refunded.

If you find that you are unhappy with the results of your service, please reach out to the salon within 6 hours and we will be happy to work with you to make small adjustments/tweaks.

This courtesy does not extend to unreasonable expectations or budgetary issues.

Change of mind is not considered a redo or adjustment.
